Apartments are pretty, but very poorly managed. Appliances are old, most outdoor maintenance is superficial. The place will always be impeccably mulched, but the dog park is full of poop (and Giardia). Management doesn't enforce leash laws or aggressive dog policies. Rent continues to rise, even though the service gets worse. Safety-based repairs go unattended to for months. Our building had a major fire, a water main break, and cars stolen from the parking lot.

And when you leave? They break the law, taking twice the allotted time to give you your refund, and don't give you all of it back (without giving you a written list of deductions).

Honestly, don't live here unless you have literally no other place to live.
